Tapit Filly Brings $750,000 at Fasig Florida

A gray filly by hot sire Tapit sold to the bid of bloodstock agent John Ferguson for $750,000 at Thursday's Fasig-Tipton Florida sale. The juvenile turned heads during the sale's under tack show, zipping a furlong in :09 4/5. She is out of Tempting Note (Editor's Note) and is a full-sister to MGSP Tempted to Tapit. She was consigned by Stephens Thoroughbreds as agent for Vision Racing and Sales LLC, which purchased the filly for $67,000 at last year's Keeneland September sale.
