The catalogues for Books 2, 3 and 4 of the Tattersalls October Yearling Sale have been released, with a further 1,333 yearlings to be sold in addition to the 551 catalogued across the three days of Book 1.
A trio of Group winners at Glorious Goodwood in the form of Mehmas (Ire) (Acclamation {GB}), California (Ire) (Azamour {Ire}) and Thikriyaat (Ire) (Azamour {Ire}) has continued to boost the profile of the popular Book 2 sale, which this year features 774 yearlings scheduled to sell from Oct. 10 to 12.
Book 3 commences the following day and includes another 474 lots, and the auction will conclude with one afternoon session on Oct. 14 for the 85 yearlings slated in Book 4.
Graduates of Books 3 and 4 will be eligible for the £150,000 Tattersalls October Auction S., the inaugural running of which was won in 2015 by 22,000gns purchase Poet's Prize (GB) (Compton Place {GB}). The catalogues for the entire October Sale can be viewed online at tattersalls.com.
