All recent form suggested Ajman Princess had it to prove here, especially as she was only second in the Listed Lyric S. at York last time July 28, but this was a below-par renewal and the Roger Varian improver was able to dictate from the front under a perfect ride from Andrea Atzeni and register an ultimately decisive 14-1 upset. With the 6-4 favourite So Mi Dar (GB) (Dubawi {Ire}) failing to fire, only Siyoushake (Ire) (Siyouni {Fr}) emerged with a genuine threat in the straight but she outstayed that rival to win by 1 1/4 lengths, with Left Hand (GB) (Dubawi {Ire}) a short head away in third.
