Dato Tan Chin Nam is selling his 300-acre Think Big Stud in New South Wales in a continuation of the reduction of his Thoroughbred interests. The owner, who is no longer able to leave his native Malaysia due to his age and health, raced three Melbourne Cup winners with trainer Bart Cummings, in addition to stars like So You Think (NZ) (High Chaparral {Ire}) and Faint Perfume (Aus) (Shamardal). Dato Tan Chin Nam began reducing his Thoroughbred holdings last year after Cummings's death.
Think Big Stud, located in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, is being offered as a whole or in three 100-acre parcels. Expressions of Interest are currently being taken by Inglis Rural Property.
