Thoroughbred Trail Filling Up

The Curragh | Racing Post

Two of the nine trails for the Curragh Thoroughbred Trail, part of Irish Champions Weekend on Sept. 10, have sold out. The Curragh Thoroughbred Trail allows racing fans behind-the-scenes access to racing yards, stud farms and equine hospitals in the area. Already sold out are visits to the yards of Dermot Weld and Johnny Murtagh, and with openings still available are the yards of John Oxx, Adrian Keatley, Willie McCreery, Michael O'Callaghan, Michael Halford and Tracey Collins, as well as the Irish National Stud, Kildangan Stud, the Racing Academy and Centre for Education and the Irish Farrier School.

Each trail is limited to 50 people filled on a first come, first served basis. All proceeds from the trails will benefit horse racing charities.
