Unbridled's Song Colt Tops Barretts at $475,000

Saving the best for nearly last, hip 130, a colt by Unbridled's Song–King Shooting Star (Storm Cat) selling just five hips from the end at Barretts March, brought a sale-topping $475,000 from Narvick International. Ciaran Dunne's Wavertree Stables consigned the youngster, who hails from the extended family of Gold Beauty, Dayjur, Maplejinsky, etc. Mike Akers's Dapple Bloodstock purchased the gray for $225,000 at Fasig-Tipton July.
