Unrivaled Belle (10, Unbridled's Song–Queenie Belle, by Bertrando), winner of the 2010 GI Breeders' Cup Ladies' Classic and offered here as hip 336 in foal to leading sire Tapit, became the top seller during Book 1 of the Keeneland November Breeding Stock Sale, hammering to Mandy Pope's Whisper Hill Farm for $3.8 million. The attractive gray mare was consigned to the November sale by Reiley McDonald's Eaton Sales on behalf of longtime client Betty Moran's Brushwood Farm, who originally acquired Unrivaled Belle for $2.8 million at this event in 2011. Since then, the mare has produced three foals for $1,270,000 combined, including a Malibu Moon filly sold to Koji Maeda's North Hills Co. for $550,000 at this year's Keeneland September sale.
