The homebred bay is out of Listed Prix Caravelle victress Baroness Richter (Ire) (Montjeu {Ire}) and is thus a half-sister to the stakes-winning Dear Lavinia (Grand Slam). She is also kin to the yearling colt Rhode Island (Giant's Causeway) and a filly foal by War Front. Baroness Richter, who visited Speightstown this year, is a half-sister to GSW G1 Yasuda Kinen runner-up Kongo Rikishio (Ire) (Stravinsky) out of a half-sister to G1 Prix Saint-Alary winner and G1 Prix de Diane second Nadia (GB) (Nashwan).
