Owner Robert LaPenta has accomplished in 10 years in the Thoroughbred business what many cannot do in a career and, last night, he earned his first Eclipse Award when GI Breedersí Cup Juvenile hero War Pass (Cherokee Run) easily outpointed the duo of Court Vision (Gulch) and Kodiak Kowboy (Posse) to take the award as top juvenile.
