Weather Ices Racing For Second Straight Day

Another day with extreme cold temperatures has forced officials at the New York Racing Association to scrub Friday's live racing program at Aqueduct Racetrack. The cold snap also caused the cancellation of live racing at Charles Town after two races Thursday evening and that track will also not conduct a live program Friday.
