Just one hour into the sale sparks began to fly as the hammer dropped at $1,525,000 for Hip 277 (Distorted Humor–Forest Music, by Unbridled's Song), a full brother to 'TDN Rising Star' Maclean's Music, who boasts the highest debut Beyer Speed Figure, and a half to GSW 'TDN Rising Star' Kentuckian (Tiznow). Goncalo Torrealba signed the ticket for the son of MGSW Forest Music, who was consigned by Taylor Made Sales, Agent for breeder Stonestreet Stable. Torrealba and Stonestreet are discussing the possibility of a partnership. Kentuckian brought $610,000 from Fox Hill Farm at this sale two years ago and Maclean's Music, who now stands at Hill 'n' Dale, RNA'd for $900,000 at the 2009 edition of this sale.
