Lot 700, the winning mare Comaneci (Aus) (High Chaparral {Ire}), brought the highest price of the Inglis Australian Broodmare & Weanling sale on the sale's final day Wednesday when selling to agent James Harron for A$780,000. The 4-year-old, offered by Segenhoe Stud, is a half-sister to Group 1 winners and sires Elvstroem (Aus) (Danehill) and Haradasun (Aus) (Fusaichi Pegasus), as well as the dam of Highland Reel (Ire) (Galileo {Ire}), and was sold carrying her first foal, by Fastnet Rock (Aus).
