Scott Ford's Westrock Stables LLC saw off all potential suitors to land hip 926, a filly by Storm Cat–Winendynme (Dynaformer), for $675,000 as the Keeneland September Yearling Sale pressed on Thursday in Lexington. Consigned by Eaton Sales as agent for the complete dispersal of Overbrook Farm, the dark bay is the second foal out of the SW & MGSP Winendynme, which was acquired by the Young family's operation for $800,000 at KEENOV in 2006. The Empire Maker colt she was carrying at the time was a $425,000 purchase by B. Wayne Hughes at last year's September sale.
