Wood Memorial Highlights Aqueduct Spring Schedule

Aqueduct Racetrack's 2020 Spring Meeting, highlighted by the GII Wood Memorial, will run from Apr. 2 through 19. The 13-day meet will feature 15 stakes, including six graded contests, worth a collective $3.1 million.
The nine-furlong Wood Memorial, worth $750,000 and offering qualifying points to the GI Kentucky Derby, will be run Apr. 4. That day's card also features the $400,000 GI Carter H., $250,000 GIII Bay Shore S., $300,000 GII Gazelle S., and $150,000 GIII Excelsior S.
The meet's graded stakes line-up also includes the $150,000 GIII Distaff H., which will be run Apr. 3.
