Completing The Curragh's Futurity-Debutante double on Saturday for Aidan O'Brien and Wayne Lordan, Composing (Wootton Bassett) justified 4-5 favouritism without any hint of concern in the Group 2 contest. Always happy tracking Suzie Songs (Starspangledbanner) in second, the Silver Flash winner took control two out and forged a straightfoward 2 1/2-length success from that Moyglare filly to bring up a 15th renewal for her stable.
“She's a lovely straightforward filly and when she got there she was very laid-back and very professional,” the master of Ballydoyle said. “If all is well, the Moyglare is the plan.”

Pedigree Notes
Composing is the first foal out of Australia's G2 Ridgewood Pearl Stakes, G3 Park Express Stakes and G3 Denny Cordell Lavarack & Lanwades Stud Stakes winner Epona Plays. She is a half to the G3 Athasi Stakes winner Dolce Strega (Zoffany) and to the dam of the G1 Kingston Town Classic winner Amelia's Jewel (Siyouni). Also connected to the Lowther winner and multiple Group 1-placed Flashy Wings (Zafonic) and this stable's St Leger third The Mediterranean (Galileo), her yearling colt by Lope De Vega is catalogued in the upcoming Tattersalls October Book 1.
