Eshaarat (GB) (Zafonic–Tafrah {Ire}, by Sadlerís Wells), a seven-year-old mare in foal to Southern Image, topped Fridayís session at the Keeneland November Breeding Stock sale at $220,000. Lakeview Stud purchased the mare from the consignment of Gainesway, agent for Stonestreet Thoroughbred Holdings LLC. Eshaarat, consigned as hip 4330, is the dam of the two-year-old Untitled Blues (Stravinsky), who placed second in this termís Prix de La Vallee D'auge in France. Hip 4293 lead the way for weanlings, selling to Lynn Lodge Stud for $150,000. The Van Nistelrooy colt was consigned by Margaux Farm LLC, agent for Beth Ann Brown-Gambone. The son of the Lost Code mare Classical Code was bred in Pennsylvania by Beth Ann Brown-Gambone. The sale continues tomorrow at 10 a.m.
