Following an unsuccessful try at reverting to a mile when fourth in the G1 Prix du Moulin here Sept. 11, 'TDN Rising Star' Zarak (Fr) (Dubawi {Ire}) returns to a more suitable 10 furlongs as he attempts to register a first black-type success in Sunday's G2 Qatar Prix Dollar at Chantilly. Runner-up to Almanzor (GB) (Wootton Bassett {GB}) in both the G1 Prix du Jockey Club over 10 1/2 furlongs here June 5 and Deauville's G2 Prix Guillaume d'Ornano Aug. 15, His Highness The Aga Khan's son of Zarkava (Ire) (Zamindar) still has abundant mileage left in him and faces his easiest task so far this year. William Haggas sends across the triple South African group 1 winner Yorker (SAf) (Jet Master {SAf}) and he should be peaking now after two European starts when runner-up in the G3 Strensall S. over nine furlongs at York Aug. 20 and Sandown's Listed Fortune S. at a mile last time Sept. 14. Al Shaqab Racing's Heshem (Ire) (Footstepsinthesand {GB}) was not disgraced when seventh behind Almanzor and Zarak in a very strong edition of the Guillaume d'Ornano, but he has five pounds to give to Zarak as a result of the penalty he picked up when winning the G2 Prix Eugene Adam over this trip at Maisons-Laffitte July 17.
