Grade I-winning sprinter Discreetly Mine (Mineshaft–Pretty Discreet, by Private Account) has been sold to stand at Norman Fox's Haras Lascala in Uruguay. The deal was brokered by Chad Schumer of Schumer Bloodstock in association with Diego Mitagstein of Perhaps Bloodstock and Pablo Nunez. Discreetly Mine has sired six black-type performers from three crops of racing age in the U.S., including last year's Juvenile Dirt Sprint S. winner Sheikh of Sheikhs.
“We're pleased to acquire such a high-class racehorse and half-brother to successful Kentucky sire Discreet Cat for Mr. Fox's farm,” said Chad Schumer. “What a wonderful option for Uruguayan breeders.”
