Deep Impact's Killer Ability to Stand in India

Killer Ability | JRA

Killer Ability, a five-year-old son of Deep Impact, has been bought to stand in India at Nanoli Stud for a partnership which includes Equus and SKJ Thoroughbreds.

Bred by Northern Farm from the GI Hollywood Starlet Stakes winner Killer Graces (Congaree), Killer Ability was a top two-year-old for trainer Takashi Saito, winning the G1 Hopeful Stakes over 2000m. He followed up the next season with victory in the G3 Chunichi Shimbun Hai. He was also sixth in the G1 Tokyo Yushun (Japanese Derby) behind Do Deuce as well as finishing runner-up in last year's G2 Neom Turf Cup in Saudi Arabia.

The deal was brokered by Australian-based David O'Callaghan and Gaurav Rampal.
