With heavy rain and wind from the remnants of Hurricane Delta, officials at Monmouth Park have cancelled its eight-race Columbus Day card scheduled for Monday, Oct. 12. Racing will resume Wednesday, Oct. 14, for the Meadowlands-at-Monmouth meet with eight races on the program.
