Opera, Ascot Options For Pleascach

Godolphin’s G1 Irish 1000 Guineas and G1 Yorkshire Oaks heroine Pleascach (Ire) (Teofilo {Ire}), a respectable fourth against older males in the G1 Irish Champion S. Saturday, could be seen again in the G1 Prix de l’Opera at Longchamp Oct. 4 and the G1 Qipco British Champions Fillies & Mares S. on Champions Day at Ascot Oct. 17, according to trainer Jim Bolger.

“Pleascach is very well. It shouldn’t be too long until she’s seen again,” said Bolger. “We’re thinking of the Prix de l’Opera at the moment and maybe back to Ascot after that. If it were not to be [in] the Prix de l’Opera, we’ll go straight to Ascot.”
