Dream of Kaylee, a $50,000 FTKJUL yearling who RNA'd for $140,000 at this year's OBSMAR sale, was ambitiously placed in the GIII Kentucky S. in his May 1 debut and ran a solid third after a troubled trip. Off since that effort, the bay colt was the 5-2 favorite in his return. Dream of Kaylee stalked the early pace, inched closer on the turn to draw alongside Princeandrew (Sky Mesa) in upper stretch. He quickly put that rival away and drew clear before being eased down under the wire. The winner is a half brother to Eddie White Sox (Deputed Testamony, SP, $148,160).
