Zoftig sold for $1.5 million at FTKNOV to Live Oak Stud carrying future GISW Zo Impressive (Hard Spun) in 2008 before selling for $1.1 million to Stephen Hillen at KEENOV in 2013 carrying a full-brother to Zo Impressive. Zo Zo Striking is also a half to GISW Zaftig (Gone West) and the winning Zofzig (Danzig), herself dam of G1 Racing Post Trophy second Zip Top (Ire) (Smart Strike). The Live Oak Plantation homebred fired a bullet half-mile at Palm Meadows in :48 2/5 (1/4) for conditioner Eddie Plesa Jr. Stonestreet homebred debutante Caffeine (Medaglia d’Oro), a half-brother to GSW & MGISP Medal Count (Dynaformer) could also make some noise for Todd Pletcher.
